Oxygen Bar

It was under 200 million years ago that many scientists and professors believe oxygen levels were at around 30 to 35%. They say today’s levels are at 21% and, in cities, where there is pollution and industry, it is as low as 15%. If it gets as low as 6-7%,  all life will perish. Professor Robert Berner of Yale researched oxygen levels from prehistoric times by chemically analyzing air bubbles trapped in Fossilized Tree Amber. Professor Robert Sloan at University College London also studied samples from the Mesozoic Age and concluded that oxygen was about 28% 130 million years ago. Furthermore, Professor Ian Plimer of Adelaide University and Professor John Harrison of The University of AZ concur that the levels at that time were about 30 to 35%. Globally, most agree that we are at 21% today, and it is a result of Human Activity, Industrial Revolution, and Burning of Fossil Fuels. These two Professors say the accelerated change is due to these very things. Lastly, Keith Rigby, Professor of Geological Sciences at Notre Dame University in 1993-1994 said that because of what humanity has done to damage the earth, “We’re Artificially slowing down one process and speeding up another forcing change in the Atmosphere.” Professor Ervin Lazio weighed in by saying “we are at 21%… oxygen must be sustained to have a proper intake for cells, organs, and Immune System Function. At levels we have reached today, cancers and other degenerative diseases are likely to develop… and at 6% – 7%, life can no longer be sustained .”

“All chronic pain, suffering and diseases are caused from a lack of oxygen at the cell level.” Dr. Arthur C. Guyton, M.D.:  The Textbook of Medical Physiology

Oxygen plays a pivotal role in the proper functioning of the immune system, especially as it relates to the system’s resistance to disease, bacteria and viruses.

In addition, our busy, modern lifestyles force our body to consume more O2 to deal with many stresses that interfere with our ability to function, such as:

  • Exposure to pollutants and chemicals, requiring cellular detoxification.
  • Overwork and stress
  • Poor eating and drinking and lack of exercise
  • Lack of sleep, which stresses the body, lowers immune functioning, and depletes O2 levels.

Adding extra oxygen to your system not only aids in counteracting these stresses, but also offers the additional benefits:

  • Calms the mind and stabilizes the nervous system.
  • Improves digestion and cell metabolism.
  • Speeds the body’s recovery after physical exertion.
  • Heightens concentration, alertness, and memory.
  • Promotes healing and combats aging.
  • Lessens chronic fatigue syndrome and promotes optimal sleep patterns.
